About Rotary District 3220
RI District 3220, emcompasing the entire Island nation of Sri Lanka, consists of 61 Rotary Clubs & 1,650+ members.

 Distric Governor Nalin Fernando
He has introduced 16 members to Rotary, including the late Sir Arthur C. Clarke (C.B.E.). He has attended 10 RI Conventions and as many District Conferences & Assemblies. He has held many Dist. posts, including AG - 2003/4.
He was Leader of the GSE Team to N. India in 2002/03. He has been awarded the "Four Avenues of Service Citation", the District "Best Rotarian" Award (jointly twice in 2003/4 & 2004/5) and TRF "Citation for Meritorious Service" during 2005/6. He is a good speaker. He even initiated 3 of the 98 proposals adopted by the CoL-2001.
DGE Nalin believes in Rotary's motto "Service Above Self" and in Rotary's power "To do good in the World".
